How do I know when Training Status is reached DURING a run?

I’m trying to find how I can see I am doing during a run re Training Status. I can only see how I’ve done after it, and I find I am overreaching on runs that I don’t think I’ve been overreaching on BUT when I then look at the app it tells me that I have. It would be much more useful to tell me DURING a run where I’ve reached the max I should do so that I don’t overtrain. Does anyone know if there is a setting for this that counts the Training Status figure and serves it up to the watch so that I can make adjustments at the time rather then realise afterwards I’ve done too much?
