Instant pace fenix 5s

I can’t figure out how to set actual pace (instant pace?) on my Fenix 5s. GPS is set up but my paces don’t seem accurate so I’m wondering if it’s taking my average pace instead. I recently deleted my history and my app is updated. Couldn’t find it in the settings!
