HR sensor stopped working

After the update, the heart rate sensor stopped working. The indications are not read and the green LEDs are not lit. Who faced this problem. Also, the battery drains quickly. Thank you

Hi, maybe start with the easy thing first and check to make sure it is turned on. One time after a software update my heart rate monitor was simply set to off.

Go to SETTINGS / SENSORS & ACCESSORIES / WRIST HEART RATE / STATUS and make sure it is set to AUTO.

I already tried turning it on, no change. Tried resetting, no change.
