Fenix 5 wont respond, charge or reboot

Hi my watch chargers effectively. The battery went dead, and now it won’t charge. The screen is black. The charger works as I tested it with another watch. I’ve tried the 15-20 second three button hold. Nothing works. Please help. Thanks..

I am sorry there is an issue. If the 20-30 second hold step did not work when unplugged and then again while charging, your watch will need to be exchanged.
