Altimeter calibration failed

when trying to correct altimeter both by GPS and manually, watch says calibration failed. Can you help me? Tired of it being incorrect on my Fenix 5 s

that sounds like a hardware fault... Either calibration way shoud work fine!!! May be contact Garmin Support and see what they say...
