I have a Fenix 5X+ running software version 18.00. I purchased the watch back in October, 2021. I use it for hiking and to track my fitness data. 2 months ago it began to shut off randomly. I would look at my watch and it would be off. I removed apps, reset the device, and updated it. The problem continued but it did not interfere with fitness or hiking. Now it shuts off multiple times per day and does not stay on while exercising. I do not let the battery drop below 35%, so it is not a battery issue.
Does anyone else have this issue or have any suggestions?
