Fenix 5s is dead and won’t charge

Watch has had charging issues for a couple  of months.  Have cleaned the charging unit on the watch which worked intermittently but then it stopped charging at all.  Have bought a new cable in case it was faulty but watch is now dead and failing to charge at all. )-;

  • I am sorry there is an issue.

    Please try the following:

    - With your watch unplugged, hold down the top left power button for 1 minute

    If available, plug your watch into a wall USB adapter (or computer USB port with your computer on) and wait and watch your display for 15-20 seconds. If your watch still does not show that it is charging, proceed to the next step.

    - Hold down the top left power button for 1 minute while plugged in attempting to charge

    If your watch continues to not charge, please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region.

  • Along with cleaning the connectors, try this.

    With the watch not connected, hold three buttons down (light, down and start buttons) for 15-20 seconds and try charging again.
