Garmin Fenix 5X

Hi. My Garmin Fenix 5X I receiving notifications and having power save countdowns. I didn't set these things up. Could you tell me how to stop them please?

I received the same message yesterday. I don't recall setting it up either, it did stop tracking my activity after the notification appeared on my watch.
