Backlight won’t turn off on my Fenix 5x only if I turn off the HR

I noticed that my backlight won’t turn off in the last few days in the night. Then I realized that it’s on all day. When I go in the settings it won’t let me turn it off fully only minimum to 5% that I can go as low. I tried so many things and I noticed it turns off if I turn off the HR monitor.
Did anyone run into this problem recently? If so how can I get it fixed?

my watch is 4 years old but looks in very good condition.

I'm going through the same problem. It started when I updated to the 25 version, but I couldn't figure out how to downgrade to test if this is the problem. So I'm keeping the HR monitor off and tuning it on when I"m going to do an activity

Same issue here. Have tried a hard reset and factory reset and it does not solve the issue. The only way is to turn off the HR monitor. Happened after the last update. It was also causing my battery to drain super fast.

Yea they aren't any help. All they want you to do is soak your watch in a bowl of water for 10 minutes to try and "unstick" buttons. Which isn't the issue anyway. The issue is the HR monitor staying on constantly after this last update. Has nothing to do with the light button sticking.
