Service menu what is it for??

So as the title says

What is it for Service menu ? And indeed what is the dev mode menus for too??

Just curious thats all

I know how to access them but wondering when all the info etc is for and what it menus etc.

It is only used for engineering testing and we highly recommend never changing a setting within it at the risk of your watch no longer working correctly.
