Garmin software v25 update causing sensor issues with Fenix5s

After updating my Garmin Fenix 5s to software version 25.0 all sensors got stuck in its position. Temperature sensor got stuck at 293 deg Celsius as well as barometer and altitude giving abnormal readings and don't change over time.

I am sorry there is an issue.

Please try the following:

Hard Reset: Hold down your top left power button until your watch shuts off then let go once off

Unfortunately neither the hard reset or factory master reset changed any of the problem. Temperature still stuck at 293 deg, altitude at -22440 and barometric pressure at 1013.3

This just happened to me too after syncing with Garmin Express. If this is a known problem I feel I should have been warned. I would not have run the Garmin express. Now looks like my watch temp sensor is FUBR-ed. Now it reads 570 degrees.....not happy...

I am sorry there is an issue. I want to ensure you realize the v25.00 update was released over a year ago. If you were connected to the Connect Mobile APP, your watch would have received the update a long time ago.

It is unfortunate your temperature sensor is exhibiting a hardware failure. If you used Garmin Express for a normal sync of your wellness or activity data if you are not using the Connect Mobile APP, the sync itself is not related.
