When Deleting History using the step below, does that only delete from the watch itself? I'm assuming the ***NOTE*** that says "This does not delete any saved activities" means anything that was saved and subsequently uploaded to your Garmin Connect account won't be deleted? I wanted to verify before moving forward with the below steps.

Deleting History

Hold MENU.

Select History > Options.

Select an option:
•
Select Delete All Activities to delete all activities from the history.
•
Select Reset Totals to reset all distance and time totals.
NOTE: This does not delete any saved activities.

Confirm your selection.
