Hi,
On my Garmin 5x, I record a bike ride on my way to work. Then I use resume later so that I can resume when I ride back to home that day. This is so I have 1 log per multi stop ride. rather than multiple entries, i.e. saving every time.
The problem I'm having is every now and then, after I have used "Resume Later", without any interaction with the buttons on my 5x, it wakes up with a short beep sound and says GPS ready, suggesting I should resume the workout.
But I didn't request that, and I it's annoying since I have to use the down button to scroll to Resume Later option again and choose it.
I also assume this random wake up of GPS is draining battery.. so it's doubly bad.
Why does this keep happening?
Anyone has any idea?
I have software auto updates on, I don't know how to find the firmware/software version on the 5x but I believe last time it updated it was v21.x.
