The latest software does not fit on your device's internal memory

Fenix 5S. At version 22.20 (2a587ca). Tried to update via Garmin Express and get above Subject Line error and to contact support. I have hard reset device several times, deleted all activities several times, turned off automatic updates and when I view space via Windows Explorer, it shows 50.9MB used space, 3.28MB available. I believe the update is just over 4MB, which may be the issue since there is only 3.28MB available. No activities/data remains on the watch or maybe they're stuck in some sort of recycle bin on storage. How do I make room for update? Been through the reset process several times, as I mentioned. Thanks
