Fenix 3 HR keeps going to sleep mode/blank screen

My Fenix 3 HR since i updated it stays on for about 10 minutes, then the screen goes blank. To get the screen back on i have to hold the power button for 2 seconds. any steps or calories are not being recorded and my sleep is not being rrecorded.

This is becoming very frustrating

Please try the following:

Hard Reset: Hold down your top left power button until your watch shuts off then let go once off

Factory Master Reset: How to Reset My Garmin Outdoor Watch
