Alerts: no tone or vibration

Hi,

for the last two months (maybe since the last auto update) i can still recieve my msgs from my phone on my watch, but there is not alert tone or vibration in my watch. I checked my settings in the garmin connect app. Alert tone and vibration are both turned on. And show always for all activities. I have no ‘sleep mode/do not disturb mode’ activated on watch or app. Is my watch old and broken now or is there a glitch in the last update?

  • I am sorry you are having an issue with your watch. If you have checked and double checked both your watch's Phone > Smart Notifications menu settings, for both During an Activity and Not During an Activity, and in your Settings > System > Sounds menu, you can also reset your watch to try to correct the behavior.

    Please try the following:

    Hard Reset: Hold down your top left power button until your watch shuts off then let go once off
