I have had two watches to repair , 920XT and a Fenix 5S and both have had corrosion internally on one pin ( -ve I guess) - on the 920XT I was able to clean up the corrosion , lengthen the spring and re-assemble and got it working again. With the Fenix the corrosion is too bad and has eaten away the trcak on the main board. I assume Garmin are aware of the problem, I really think they should be making sure the inside of the watch is better protected aginst this problem. I'm worried that my 5 year old 920XT will fail soon now. Any comments Garmin?
