How do you change between watch faces?

I am having a problem in changing watch faces. The app shows that there are 3 downloaded, but it will not show a procedure for changing the watch face

Try this:

long press menu button > Watch Face > start button > select watch face > start button > Apply

Which watch do you have? The process varies depending on the model.

I have the Fenix 5 watch. I don't see a way to navigate to settings on the watch itself. I tried using the Connect app to change the face. But, I'm not able to "install" the face from the app, I can just adjust the settings there?
