I am lost. I got my fenix 5 around January and it was working perfect. I had a reoccurring alarm set for 2 different times over the course of the week and no issues. Then one day it stopped. I had 2 watches cause I had to have a warranty replacement due to one of the buttons sticking and both have the same issues.
I have tried setting the alarm on my watch and not as reoccurring and reaming ever night or setting it though the app. No matter what I do it does not work or works for a day and then stops. I have reset my watch back to factory and still same issue. Finally I contacted garmin and they gave me steps to perform in deleting files on the watch and then doing a hard reset.
Well that worked for 4 days and again same issue. I know the alarm is not going off cause if I set an alarm at night and wake up the next day the alarm icon on my watch face is showing and the alarm is still showing as active hours after the alarm was supposed to go off.
The other weird thing is if the alarms does go off, if I snooze it never goes back off again. This is all very frustrating as I loved the alarm on the watch as it woke me up and not everyone else in the family. Maybe just maybe someone else has had the same issue and found a way to fix it. I have turned off my do not disturb during sleep hours too and change my watch face to a different one.
Love the watch but I am at the point where I just want to get rid of it and maybe just get an instinct or another company.
