Watchface with payment

Looked on the Garmin IQ store for a different watch face and noticed some with a banner saying 'Payment' says my watch is compatible. Would I be able to pay in shops using my watch or not?

No. In the next generation, the Fenix 5 Plus series and forward, new hardware and software enabled the Garmin Pay feature for the first time.

I think there is some misunderstanding. The label 'Payment' in the store means that you've to pay to the developer for the use of the watchface. It has nothing to do with the pay feature of newer watches for shopping.
