Fenix5 won’t charge

Someone please help - fenix5 watch stopped charging. Tried reset and cleaning. It did drop but only about an inch from the floor while connected to charger and even landed on a piece of clothing. So I don’t know if this damaged something? Everything else works it just won’t charge.

Clean the rear charging contacts on your watch and double check the charging/data cable to ensure all 4 pins are present and straight. If still not charging, use the "Won't Power On" section of this Support…
