After update me 5s does not operate on battery only?

After the last update, this week, the 5s will shut down after I pull it from the charger

have set it back to basic settings, no result !

anyone can help?

If it powers off when you remove it from the charger, you are left without options such as both versions of a master reset once unplugged.
