F5s losts lights (backlight + wrist HR)

Hi, (excuse my English if that will be necessary)

I can't be very accurate, but after v22.20 update my watch losts backlight (screen can't be readable nightly) and the green flashing light (WHR is in  measuring state but it can  "catch" and view some HR randomly and not a surprise, not very accurate, so i disable it)

Other things  seem ok. (Point 1)

I noticed that Garlin express still show v21 after the v22.20 update.(point 2)

I try soft/hard/master reset even....(not responsible for your manipulations) formatting the memory (FAT, 2048 allocation unit).

All of that, i was in the point 1 state.

According to the point 2, i try to reinstall the firmware with webupdater soft. This option was not  avaible.

I try the v22.40 beta ...also point 1 state

Downgrading to the v21 (the zip file including this not the v22.20 !?)...also point 1 state.

Now i am disabiling the WHR.

Any ideas, I'm from Algeria, the support can be impossible to practice. What i can do ?

    I had exactly the same problem after updating to V22.20.

    I have done the backdate using the official release always found in the current Beta download .zip folder (version 21.00 on beta folder of 22.30 - system Backdate_21.00) I also made an extra hard reset after the backdate and my heart rate sensor is working again. The green light is working too again.

    I disabled the automatic update and i will stay on 21.00 version until software problems to be solved..

    I hope this helps you too (try it with yours responsibility)

    I am happy for you ! I am now with v21.00 fw. after turning my watch yesterday, back light is working again. I think it's probably okay with this point.

    For the WHR, green lignt IS NOT working, again, if i turn on hr détection, it can "catch" and viewing somme data, almost of time it showes "–––". I'm not going to v22.40 right now. I give somme times to do that !

    Question :an "extra hard reset" is it for you the option founded in the settings/system menu ?

    When you backdate your watch it is making a hard reset.  After that I made a hard reset (not an option as "extra hard reset") again from watch menu
