Fenix 5x won't turn on, and won't charge.

Fenix 5x won't turn on and won't charge. I have tried two different power cables and cleaned the contacts with alcohol swabs as suggested. It's just a blank screen, no blinking lights, nothing. Please help.

Press and hold the following three buttons for 20 seconds simultaneously.
1) start button

2) light button

3) down button

That should do the trick.
