New golf courses downloaded in app not showing in watch.

So I downloaded a new course in the connect app. Synced. Course does not show up as suggestion in watch.  
restarted everything. Tried ten times. Other courses in area show up but not the new one. 
mold courses no longer in operation still show in watch even if no longer downloaded in connect app.  What’s going on? Never had problem downloading and using golf courses in the watch before. Five Forts golf course Bermuda.

    If you continue to have the issue, try the following:

    - Remove all courses you downloaded in your Connect Mobile APP on your smartphone then sync your watch to remove all courses in memory.

    - Download and add only the Five Forts golf course and sync it to your Fenix 5.

    - If the course still does not show on your watch, reset your watch then try the steps again.

    I have had this problem for a year and only sussed out why after I tried all of the usual nonsense of upgrading OS, app etc.  Here is the answer that Garmin really, really need to address.

    You need to download the golf courses in the CONNECT app NOT just in the GOLF app. The two apps inexplicably do not talk to each other for golf course, bizarre when they patently do for scorecards etc. 

    Garmin: you need to either remove the ability to download in the Golf app or the connect app so there is only one method OR make the apps check BOTH downloaded course lists.

    LOL you want Garmin to follow a logical, practical approach to simplify things!!!  That will never happen...

    Is there likely to be an actual fix for this bug, as some of us play at several courses so removing them and re-adding them all the time is quote inconvenient.

    The ability and functionality remains the same. The courses must be selected in the Connect Mobile APP and synced to your watch. Your round of golf can then be viewed in the Golf APP.

    Golf improved in our future generations by having all 41,000+ worldwide golf courses loaded on the Fenix 5X, the Fenix 5 Plus series, the Fenix 6 Pro version watches, and on the entire Fenix 7 and Epix 2 series.
