I can't connect the BKOOL app with Fenix 5 as hrm

I'm trying to connect my Fenix 5 to the BKOOL app but the app can't find it. I've already broadcasted my heart rate from Fenix 5 but when I turn on Bkool, it can't detect my Fenix 5 broadcasting my heart rate.

Am I missing something or is the Fenix 5 really not compatible as an hrm to Bkool?

your phone or pc has to be compatible with ant+, is that the case ?

I'm using sa song galaxy Note 10.

Im currently using zwift and Fenix 5 as an hrm works well with zwift. Just couldn't make it work with Bkool.

Maybe you device is still linked with Zwift or with another app.
