Altitude issue after update 22.20

hi all,

My 5S behaves strangely after 22.20.

For example, after a manual calibration, and a climb, the altitude does not increase at the correct value. The device seems stuck, not doing anything.

if someone experiences the same and found a solution, please jump in. Thanks very much

It looks like the 22.20 firmware is buggy as hell, you should sync with garmin express as it will let you downgrade to 21.00

v22.30 is out now, have you tested that to see if it fixes the issue?

I followed the update instructions but the Fenix 5s still shows version 22.20. Is that normal?

Check under settings/system/"update"(?) if you can launch the update from there

I did it already and no luck. It is strange since the update file, once saved in the Garmin folder, disappeared after the OFF/on

And you extracted the downloaded file and put only gupdate.gcd in the garmin folder? If so I'm clueless...

Maybe cold boot watch first by holding light button until it goes black, then start and try again.

Yes, i did only that. This is not the first time I go through beta firmware testing, usually i do it to test the applications I developed. But no problem, i will wait the formal release. Thanka

I have no explanation, but the update went ok today. I cannot understand what went wrong... usually the user error ;)

So, I checked the new version 22.30, but it does not work.

During a fast descent, altitude is stuck. video is available if necessary.
