Order placed 3 months ago. Still not shipped.

Hi there 

I placed an order on 5th February for a new wrist band and it still hasn't shipped. I have also tried to cancel the order but no response.

  • This is a user support forum (with the occasional Garmin participation).  Suggest you try (again) to contact Garmin support - perhaps a call?

  • I am sorry it has taken so long. The band that you ordered shows on backorder. I can only speak for where I am at in the United States but we do not have the band you ordered in stock here. We show we might receive more at the end of May. In the last year, due to the pandemic, I have noticed certain band colors and metal colors like Rose Gold combinations have been more difficult to acquire.

    If you reach out to our Garmin Product Support in your region, we should be able to give you an approximate timeline for when the band is expected to be received and then shipped to you.
