CT10 compatibility with Fenix 5S

On the website of the Approach CT10 the Fenix 5s is mentioned as a compatible device. I've received today my CT10-set but when I'm trying to connect the sensor with my FENIX5s,my watch doesn't find a sensor? Is there a way of checking if the fault is with the sensor? I have replaced batteries.

Ensure your new Approach CT10's software has been fully updated - CT10 Updating the Software and make sure you are using the Club Sensors option in your Settings > Sensors & Accessories menu of your Fenix 5S watch - Pairing Your Sensors with Your Device.

If you are still not able to connect them to your watch, either exchange the sensors with the retail store or reach out to your regional Golf Product Support for further assistance.
