Fenix 5 randomly sync sleep, heart rate, steps

Hello,

my Fenix 5 randomly sync sleep, hear rate, steps; I usually recharge one time per week, and maybe 2 days HR is ok, the others shows no data. Same thing with sleep and steps, or even worse, no data synced on Garmin Connect.

Activities instead seems to be ok.

What can I do to try to solve the problem?

Since you are confident your issue is not your Fenix 5 being active on multiple Garmin Connect accounts, then the continued behavior of what is syncing to your Garmin Connect account is a concern your…

You might be having an issue with your watch but what we see most often, is you may have accidentally signed into multiple emails which ties your watch to multiple Garmin Connect accounts at the same time. This can happen when signing into the wrong email between your smartphone Garmin APPS such as the Connect Mobile APP or Golf APP and using Garmin Express on your computer. When you are sign into multiple accounts, wellness data becomes erratic for your wellness data. IE: Sleep/Sleep/Daily OHR etc.

Thanks Chris, but this is not my problem, since I have only one Garmin Connect account, and my watch is tied to this one since day one.. Also, I always use Garmin Express on PC, as I use Connect Mobile App only for browsing and bluetooth is off on Fenix.

Since you are confident your issue is not your Fenix 5 being active on multiple Garmin Connect accounts, then the continued behavior of what is syncing to your Garmin Connect account is a concern your Fenix 5 has having issues directly related to properly recording data, saving it, and then syncing it to your Garmin Connect account.

You can try a master reset. If your watch issue continues, please reach out to your regional Outdoor Product Support.
