Downloading hike from AllTrails to Garmin Connect

Trying to download a hike from my AllTrails to Garmin Connect. I have followed the instructions and keep getting an error message saying to try again later. I have download the file in .GPX and .TCX formats and get the same message. Any suggestions on how to solve this mystery?

I was able to do this.

Downloaded as GPX Track

Go to https://connect.garmin.com/modern/courses

Click on Import

Can you provide a link to the specific trail from AllTrails? Or zip and insert the file into this thread.

WOW! thanks for the help and I figured out what I was doing wrong. I was trying to import in the wrong spot.
