Garmin Fenix 5 series

I have a fenix 5x and have a custom course that has 78 waypoints but get the error that only 50 will be used and the rest won't be.

How can I get turn by turn navigation for longer routes? 50 waypoints is massively limiting and would really reduce the value of the product if this is a hard limit

I heard that maby tracks can help but where can i make a track on the Garmin conect for the fenix 5 instead of a course?

As a workaround, you could break the course into 2 courses, such as a first half with 39 turns and another with 39. Or break it up at some logical place such as the lunch spot or aid station. You don't have to stop the activity to switch courses, so your activity will still be full length.
