My fenix 5x doesn't turn on

Hello!

I have an issue with my Fenix 5x, once the battery drained and my watch doesn't turn on after that time, I tried to clean the sockets, change my cable but still when I plug the charger, the battery Icon shows up but the watch never turns on, I tried to leave it plugged over night, I brought my watch to Garmin customer service and they said the watch might have battery problem and they can't fix it! so I really should throw my watch away?! :(

I am sorry you are having a battery related issue with your Fenix 5X. Due to seeing a battery icon when you plug it into charging it, it does suggest there was a failure. However, you can still work through this Support Center article to see if the issue resolves.

Thank you for the advice, apparently there is a battery failure issue with the watch, is there any way to replace the battery?
