Half marathon training

Hi! So me and my sister in law started the half marathon training on our gamin watches and we both started at the same time and we both run together at the same pace. Couple of weeks ago I missed a few run coz of the snow and work and she hasn’t as she’s off work at the moment so my watch doesn’t match with hers anymore meaning our training is now different. What pretty much has happened I think is that I’m a week behind her so when she had her rest week this week I had progression run and she’s back to stride repeats next week and I’m on my rest week. So is there any chance I could move a week forward in my training so our runs are the same and the match up? We keep ourself going and the training plans not being the same is really gonna muck it up for us. I hope someone knows how to help, we’re half way through our training now and I hope this isn’t gonna mess up our plan and I can get back on track with hers. Thank you
