I've had a fenix 5 for several years and my computer stopped detecting the connection when using USB. It still charges from the computer, but no data. The connection point (cable to watch) is wobbly and it always has been. I cleaned the contacts with an alcohol wipe and still did not connect. I also tried the force connect procedure (it just kept shutting off).
Should I try a new cable? or is that just a waste of money? Anyone with similar experience, please reply. Thank you.
