How do you access screenshots on a Mac

I pressed both buttons on my vivoactive 4 at the same time and "took a screenshot". Not what I was trying to do, but where are these stored and how do I view them on a Mac. The watch doesn't appear on the desktop when syncing.

On the Mac, you probably need to install something like the Android File Transfer app in order to view and move files from watch.

Connect the watch to a computer with USB cable
Locate the drive for the watch
Open the Garmin drive
Open the Garmin folder
Open the SCRNSHOT folder

Within the SCRNSHOT folder, the image will be in BMP format and can be saved to your computer.¹

¹Music compatible Garmin watches which use Media Transfer Protocol (MTP), such as the fenix 5X Plus, do not mount to Mac computers as a drive and screenshots are not accessible. For MTP devices, a Windows PC must be used to retrieve screenshots.
