Fenix 5 - no trace on the map for activities since 2021

I have my watch for 3 years and suddenly activities are not pictured on a map. Neither in app nor in watch.

In case of watch I mean a trace on white screen as my model doesn't include maps.

    Please try this steps: (Test between each step taken.)

    - Soft Reset: with your watch on, hold down your top left power button until it shuts off, then let go

    - Factory/Master Reset: How Do I Reset My Adventure Watch?

    Your issue could also be related to older .FIT file(s) being corrupted that remain on your watch from years prior.
