Fenix 5 Not syncing

Hi there, an update to my Fenix watch has seen it fail to sync since January 2021.

I feel i have tried everything, can anyone give me some advice before i leave Garmin forever?

  • Since you stated that you have tried everything to correct the sync issue, I have sent you a Private Message to go over things you may not have tried.

    In general after all basic troubleshooting has been exhausted, short of an actual device failure, removing the old .FIT files from the Activity folder should resolve a sync issue unless accidentally on multiple Garmin Connect accounts - the #1 reason for sync issues. (IE: your smartphone's GCM APP will show 1 Garmin Connect account being synced to and Garmin Express on your computer will show another GC account signed into when adding the same watch.)
