Fenix 5 X will not charge.

All pins charger and watch all look clean. Please advise

Fixed ---held top left button for 20sec's, Nothing. Tapped top left button twice unit came alive.

2. Nothing: Can you explain what you mean with "Nothing"?

3. Tapped top left button twice...

With the watch not connected, hold three buttons down (light, down and start buttons) for 15-20 seconds and try charging again.
