Just upgraded my iPhone to a 12 and now I have the same annoying issue my girlfriend has with here Venu2/iPhone 11. Watch tells me I've just made a phone call when making outgoing calls. Can't seem to turn it off. Super annoying notification. Anyone have a fix?
