Unable to sync routes from Strava to device

Hi,

I'm having some issues with syncing routes saved from Strava to the device.

Have gone through this guide multiple times, Syncing Strava Routes to your Garmin Device – Strava Support

The routes doesn't show up neither on the device or in Garmin Connect.

Have tried to unstar an restar it over and over again. No change.

Any ideas?

nevermind, just seem like was super delay on this

Niklas - how long did it take for your routes to show up, and did they show up on your device and in Connect? I am having the same problem with my Fenix 5 Plus.

It took a couple of hours, and a couple of syncs.

They showed up both on the device and in connect.

have you tried un-saving and saving the route on Strava?

Looked this morning and the routes were there - so seems like same problem as you (delay). Frustrating because I can't star the route, sync my watch, and see it there immediately - but better than nothing!
