I have an old fenix 3. Up until recently, my fenix 3 was paired with my iPhone and it synced with Garmin connect. Two weeks ago it stopped receiving notifications. I opened Garmin connect on my iPhone and it wouldn't sync.
Since then I've tried everything suggested here and elsewhere: I've switched off the watch and back on; I've made a soft reset; I've made a hard rest; Reset to factory defaults. I've removed the watch from my paired devices list on my iPhone. I've reset my iPhone. I've deleted and re-installed the Garmin connect app.
No matter what I've tried, the watch won't pair with my iPhone.
And here the plots thickens: I've got two iPhones, one with iOS 14 and one with iOS . It won't connect to either. I have an Android phone; it pairs perfectly well. I have a Windows 10 laptop. It pairs with the laptop. But when I try to pair the watch with either of my iPhones, it never sees the iPhone and the iPhone never sees the watch, the watch never appears on the discovered Bluetooth devices and I'm never prompted to enter a PIN to pair the two devices.
Has anyone else the same problem? Is there a way to fix this?
