2-minute recovery alert no longer vibrates or chimes under v21?

I've noticed that suddenly there no longer a vibration or chime when it hits the 2-minute recovery mark and alerts the recovery heartrate

Before the 21 update could have sworn that worked

Is there a hidden setting somewhere or is this feature now broken?

Thought maybe it might be related to "Do Not Disturb" (DnD) being accidentally turned on if the watch thought I am running in scheduled sleep time.

But it's not DnD. Even with DnD off it no longer chimes/vibrates at the 2-minute recovery alert.

Obviously not a showstopper but it is annoying because you are standing there waiting for it.

Operating normally here on 5x v21. Alarm beep/vibrate approx 2 minutes after concluding run this morning.
