I plugged my Fenix5 into my MacBook Pro to charge and sync today and when I ejected and unplugged it, it got stuck on the charging window. I restarted and it got stuck just showing the "triangle" on the power-up. Following that, I shut it down and turned it on to find it was now reset to what I think is factory settings so I removed if from my iPhone Garmin Connect and re-paired it. then I sync'd it. Now I have exactly one day based on last hour of RHR data.
Can anyone help me understand what exactly happened so I can avoid it in the future?
