Problems Whit baromether and temperature

The widget temperature and baromenter are off. They can’t show any information. Please any solution? Thanks

Not sure exactly which fenix model this is, so moving thread to the fenix 5 forum, as there are no forums dedicated to older watches.

Not on my computer to dig up links so you should do a few searches on this and similar watch forums (Instinct for example) as this happens more than it should. As the barometer uses the temperature the failure of the temperature sensor may screw up the barometer/altimeter. Some options to try:

Restart.

Try calibrating the barometer although likely will fail.

Go into diagnostic mode (search for the steps) and see what the diagnostics show for the various hardware components

Full restore (this will lose all information - you can assume Garmin support will ask you do this anyway)

Call Garmin.

I have been with my Fenix 5x new version 20.00 for a week and the same thing happens to me.
I have restored the system several times and in some of them it indicates logical values of altitude, temperature and barometric pressure but the compass and the pulse sensor fail. When I restart in this situation, the altitude, temperature and barometric pressure fail again.
Can someone tell me how to access diagnostic mode?
I have written an email to Garmin. When I know more, I'll post it.
