Fenix 5s GPS not locating

Hi.

My Fenix 5s has stopped getting a GPS lock for any type of activity. No matter how long I give it (have sat it outside with full sky view for 30 minutes with no lock).

Running v20.00, no updates available over the air or via Express. Have factory reset twice to no avail.

Have opened a job with Garmin but I'm not sure they are ever going to reply

Any ideas?

Is seems an hardware problem, I'm afraid...
In my case (Fenix 5s) with was the altimeter/barometric sensor, went nuts (watch replaced under waranty).

Thanks. Unfortunately well out of warranty.

Yes, looks like HW failure. Anyway try obvious way, if yo did not yet: Reset, Factory reset, new software installation (20.72). Ifnothing helps, support will offer some deal with refubishing.
