fenix 5X APAC still stuck with firmware 19.10, when can we get 20.00

It has been 3 months since the global firmware is updated to 20.00, when can the APAC version be upgraded to 20.00? Please help!

Australia/New Zealand is on v20.00 and their software versions match the Europe region. APAC is still on 19.10 for SE Asia. The update will be arriving soon but we do not have an exact date…

That's strange? I tried sync with Garmin Connect Mobile and Garmin Express on PC, both apps states that I have the latest, 19.10.

Can share how you connect/sync?

Checked the Watch (System) - definitely V20. Was auto through Garmin Express. I am in Australia.

It is still on 19.10, tried to sync and check update still no new firmware available. I am in Singapore.

Good to know that nothing is broken on my end, just need to wait for the APAC version to be updated to v20.00 for SE Asia. Hopefully Garmin can make the firmware release closer, otherwise it makes the SE Asia users feel like they paid for a lower level of service.
