I'm moving this to the fenix 5 forum, as there is no fenix 3 forum.
As far as I remember the Fenix 3 had a blank basemap, that you could add your own saved locations to, you couldn't update the basemap and it's blank anyway.
Maybe check the German forum for updates?... I don't think there are any new updates though.
