It goes to the green triangle then quickly it will go to some writing which says Garmin and what version I`m running, then will loop back to the green triangle again.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

Hello. Try to keep the light button pressed as soon as the Garmin restart logo appears. You should then come to a menu where you will be asked if you want to keep your data saved. Then your watch will do a factory restore. I hope this will solve your problem.
Thank you very much. This has solved the power on issue.
The problem I have now is the watch will randomly switch itself off. It could be every hour or so. Sometimes it will reboot on its own.
Have you encountered an issue like this before?
Many thanks.
Hi, this is not a normal behavior. If it is software issue, it can be caused by some app or watchface - do you use 3rd party watchface / apps? Or it is hw issue, that would be worse.
After factory reset, when you clear all the data and not installed any 3rd party apps yet, it should work normally. If not, then it looks like hw issue and in that case you will have to contact Garmin support.
I do have a restart problem on my watch but only during sports activities.

I advise you to do a factory reset without keeping your personal data and applications.
If it happens again, follow doktorko's advice.
It happens when I have done a factory reset and all apps have been deleted.
I am using just the normal watch face now hoping the problem would go away but its still exists.
I will contact Garmin and update once I have an answer.
Thanks.
I will try an delete all my personal data and see if that works.
If all else fails I will contact Garmin.
Thanks for your advice.
Is it possible that the power button stucks? If so, try to clean the button guide with a mild dish soap.
I initially thought that. I was hoping it would be that easy. Thanks
I deleted all my data and only once in the last 24 hours has the watch powered off.
It's definitely better than what it was but still not 100% It's only 13 months.
