My Garmin 5s bought the 19th sept 2019.Sent the watch to garmin as. in Italy due to problem on a power system and they recieve the 18th of August 2020. Today they ask 141 euro for his replecement, is it a normal procedure for a construction defect?

In my view it should be still within warranty period, so it should be free. I had an issue with charging after 1.5 year and they exchanged watch for free.
I just reviewed the warranty and a power issue should be covered if it was a manufacturer/construction defect.
There was a problem with receit that I lost, I call the shop and they were abel to sent me the receit which I fwd to the Graming assistence.After 4 days , I still not get an answer ...
Should be two year warranty if bought in EU.
If you communicate with the Garmin agent they will come back to you. Start thinking how you send it to UK.
